If anyone will have my same problem maybe it can be useful.
I deleted the kits folder 100 times. I cleaned the cache in the game and reloaded the skins as many times, but after a day of testing the jerseys were still not correctly displayed.
The next day I turned on the PC, deleted all the kits folders and reinstalled in the same way, loaded the game (saved the day before), and as if by magic, without doing anything, the jerseys are all visible correctly.
I don't know maybe just a pc's reboot would have fixed the issue on day one too. That was the only thing that I hadn't done.

Hi all, taking the Italian Serie A as an example, when I update the kits, they are only partially displayed.
It seems that the teams present by default in the game with sponsorships are updated, while those without copyright cannot be updated.
This problem occurs to me in all divisions around FM world
For example I downloaded this For example I downloaded this (I have also updated the teams and championships database to 2024-25) https://sortitoutsi.net/content/66761/fc12-italy-serie-a-2024-25
but Como, Lecce, Monza, Napoli, Parma, Roma and Venezia team kits are not updated. All the others teams are ok.
I've putted the kits files in a folder: …../Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2022/graphics/kits
Then, in game clear cache, Uncheck “Use caching to decrease page loading times”, and also Tick “Reload skin when confirming changes to preferences”

I'm using this skin for Serie A. But in some teams: Como, Lecce, Monza, Napoli, Parma, Roma and Venezia the skins are not loading.
It seems that are updated only the kits included by default in the game.
Someone could may help me? I can't understand the issue.

Great work, unfortunately for my PC there are too many leagues active and the game is too slow.
Even if I can't use it for this reason, really great work!
