Thanks so much for your help.

Ive tried the incognito mode and it has stopped once already and i was able to resume it straight away for the first time. Fingers crossed that has made it work. Thanks for the support and patience.

Also, the download speed seems massively quicker!

I am using chrome and having the same issues, when i press the resume button it just says 'Failed - network error' and then the resume button greys out so i cannot click on it. Here's a screenshot of the message the comes up on chrome when i press to resume. The smaller logo pack has worked, but the large one has not. So if i could download each facepack individually it would work.

Hi,

Sorry to ask again. Im having the same problem with the facepack on google chrome. However, small packs like the logo still work, i think its an issue with my internet. Is there any way I can access the individual parts of the facepack even with the premium membership because i think i would be able to download each part without my wifi cancelling the download or whatever? Unless you have another solution.

Hi, Im downloading the megabuck on Mac. Every time it downloads 2/3GB it then say there has been an error and to click to reload the download. When I click this however it just stops the download there and I have to start it all again. It has happened a couple of times. Is this a laptop issue or an issue with the megapack? I have the Subscription to increase download speed.
