hi for some reeason its not letting me add peoples faces, any idea how i can add them as iv taken the face off here and put it into the same folder as other faces and editted the config folder myslef but no luck

At first glance, this no longer works for staff members either.

Hi, I’ve got a problem and maybe someone has already solved it.
When I add a custom face for a player who has a generated (regen/newgen) face, nothing works.
It only works for players who originally have the shadow/silhouette portrait.
In previous FM versions everything worked fine, but in FM26 the game doesn’t refresh/reload images properly and there’s no skin refresh option anymore.
Has anyone found a fix for replacing generated faces with custom photos in FM26?

At first glance, this no longer works for staff members either.

If you want it to be available on FM 2024, this is how:
Install the FM 2024 Resource Archiver tool (make sure it's installed on the same drive as FM 2024)
Select “Extract Archive”
Open “comp editor” (Normally in ~[FM Install Location]/data~ folder)
When it asks “Choose A Folder” save the folder to the desktop
Go to the folder on the desktop (called “comp editor”)
Open “format” then “database”
Open “stadium.xml” in a text editor
Head to line ~573 ish
Set the values for “allow add” “allow remove” “allow move” from “false” to “true”
Set the value for “debug_only” from “true” to “false”
Save the XML file
Head back to the Resource Archiver
Select “Create Archive”
Select the “comp editor” folder from the desktop
Select to save it over “comp editor” in the data folder
Launch the 2024 Data Editor and you can now edit the stadiums
FM 2024 Editor with the Stadium Editor

This method no longer works for me.

Sorry I hadn't downloaded the new version.

I use the Sortitoutsi databases and this mod.. So I have 2 times Lucca Kiabba Brughmans, 2 times Karetsas, 2 times Mokio, etc.. How can I do?

I have already tried to merge one of the Sortitoutsi databases and your mod, but I still have duplicate players.

@Rob Henry DETAILED FUTURE REGEN should be DETAILED_FUTURE_REGEN (with underscores between each word) and in my file I use a period as the date seperator rather than a slash, but I'm not sure if that matters. I also have the country name for nationalily rather than the ID, but I think you can use either.

This is the line I have in my file:

"DETAILED_FUTURE_REGEN" "Fred" "" "Bloggs" "31.01.2007" "England" "671" "0" "7" "3" "180" "72" "2" "MIDFIELDER_CENTRAL" "31" "29044758" "" "-9" "671"

I do have it in the 2430 database - see the screengrab below with my .edt file highlighted.
I place a copy of my .edt file (it's not .lnc as I mentioned a few posts back) in the same place in each and every database just to be on the safe side, but I think that technically you only need it in the latest (or the one you have selected for your game).

The whole of the dbc, edt and lnc folders are replaced when you use the real name fix, which I do, so the contents of my permanent might be slightly different to yours but that doesn't matter at all - as long as you have your newgen edt file in that place it should work fine.

Really great, however the Belgium away jersey is a slightly lighter blue color and the shorts are not a good color either.

What is this file? Where do we find it?

I managed to change the name of the press officer and the player liaison officer. But I don't think I have the right line of code for the personal assistant

Dans ta partie en cours si tu as l’éditeur in-game, en change le numéro du maillot de rechange par 0 au lieux de 1, cela te remet les maillots de base, tu appuie sur ok et après avoir fait ça avec l’éditeur in-game de nouveau tu as l’option « Permettre maillot sous licence » et là tu as les maillots.
