done that - honestly its a link not downloading as anything else - have had it in 7 zip it opened it as a link for explorer ? here is more pics in 7 zip extracts - sends back to download box and repeats process

does not allow any other app apart from explorer or paint to open have downloaded 7 zip and extracted file 700 mb and its a link to go back and try downloading again
