Logos will work without data files - it's optional and always has been

There is no editor data file for FM14 yet.
Do not use FM13 editor data files in FM14 as they will not work.

Yeah I can imagine it is, but it seems to be a 7zip issue tbh - have you tried Winzip/Rar at all?
None - the FM13 edf's won't work with FM14 so use the Susie Name Fix file instead.
Try right clicking on the file and open with 7Zip File Manager.
