Sadly not. I have tried to merge the db with a stop the UEFA competitions from changing file, but without any success so far sorry.

The Regen mod only works with the fmf file and needs to be downloaded separately from the creators Patreon.

Sadly its really difficult to manipulate the game into believing its in 1998. The players will still have modern wage demands and the overall finances will influx back to modern standards within a season or two. I've left some wage budget for all playable...
It can take a while to load the db with the editor, but even though it seems like it freezes it will eventually finish loading. Can take more than 30 mins depending on your computer.

I have made a custom facepack for my 1995 96 Season database. On my computer the pictures fits with the correct players, but people who download my facepack is having problems with pictures for the wrong players ??? I dont know if im doing something wrong...

There is now a fixed version of the database in the Steam Workshop. We have taken care of the Italian league problem. Just search for 1995 96 Season 2.0
If you search the Steam workshop for your FM17 there will also be a 1995 96 Season
