Your config file is wrong. It should be “r-” and not “r”…

Read through this thread, and you will see that you will need to add r- in front of every ID in your config-file for it to work. The config file you have is wrong. 🙂
You can edit the config file to fit your manager picture. - use the r-ID of you manager to point to a file of you face. Problem solved.

Probably a bug somewhere in the program. There could be somewhere to locate the MGL / Mongolia nationality. I have an idea, but not sure it would change anything (or might corrupt the program)

What does your NewGan log say for the the players, when it tries to create Mongolia players?

Find this path: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\NewGAN-Manager\app\newganmanager\newgan.log and look in that file. Look for the player which you have a problem with. See which country he has been assigned. “ARG”/"ESP" or something like that. ...
So FM tries to look for a picture which is not there. Try look into the log, and figure out what the guy is set as in country. He is from Argentina, but his picture is Spain (ESP) and the folder is African. 😉
Could you show the picture found in “African/ESP842” ? (why would spain be in african-folder?)
Are you sure the newgans id is present in the config file? And that there is no error in the log?To me it looks like, it does not know where to look for the designated face to put in.

Just move them away from the temp folder / copy them somewhere else, and then delete 🙂

Do you run the game in another language than English? That might be a problem when doing the RTF file.Also as some other suggest, try install the 1.21 version.
Do you run the game in another language than English? That could affect the rtf file. Did you delete the NewGan temp folders too when you deleted the program?
Did you try to follow all of the instructions? Did you watch a youtube video on how to do it? Often those things will help and help you fix what you might be missing.

In real life Odense Boldklub (OB for short) is doing really badly - and has been doing badly for many years. - After 13 games they sacked their coach, and at 14 games they find themselves at 10th out of 12 with only 3 wins, 4 draws and 7 losses and 13 points. They're only in luck that the two teams beneath them are doing even worse (they're newly promoted too). 4 points above the relegation-zone for a club, which aims for being in the top 6, seems pretty far away.
So my idea was to try to figure out, a way to get Odense Boldklub back to where they once was. But it has been a long while. For the last 12 seasons they have only managed to get into the top six once! And for 3 seasons in a row 2008/09, 2009/10 and 2010/11 they finished 2nd. So will it be possible to achieve something similar? To get the club back to top six, and back to european football?

Try finding your log - located somewhere like this in windows.C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Programs\NewGAN-Manager\app\newganmanager\Newgan.log - perhaps that log will say something of use.

If you are not using the NewGan manager tool, to make the faces for your own players you could make it manually, by editing a config-file (located somewhere in graphics/faces) with the player-id's of your players and mapping them to a specific face.Exampl...
You can delete the config file made by NewGan (located somewhere in you graphics/faces folder). I think you might have messed up when making the .rtf file 🙂
