There are 438,594 images and how do I check the config file for that?

So the reason for the no silhouettes was an extra config file that somehow got in there but some faces still aren't showing up in game. Did a quick check with the player numbers and heres an example of what I mean. I have reloaded the skin multiple times...

I just clicked and dragged them into the  normal folder and now the faces of the players who needed updating don't have faces or silhouettes 

Followed the tutorial but unable to copy the updated folder of faces into the normal one because when I try to open the normal folder of faces it gets stuck and doesn't load saying finder application is not responding, any idea why?

Alright so that worked but now the update files are giving me issues. Do I maybe have those in the wrong folder? Do I need all of them or just the newest one and having all of them is what's bugging it out? For reference I have each update file downloaded...

Downloaded the cut out facepack torrent version to avoid all 13 parts, downloaded and unzipped it fine but for whatever reason only like 2500 faces are showing, any idea why? I'm on Mac btw
