The ESS logo’s were originally created by Tom Dixon around 2011 and I have personally always preferred the v5 over the newer v6.
Some might disagree and it's allabout personal preference of course.

As I mentioned I’m not the creator of this.
The best thing to do is use the link to FMScout and ask the creators. The sounds are all easy identifiable so should be possible to isolate them I guess by eliminating all the commentary sound files.
Yes, there new audio sounds (cheering etc.), English live commentary and also the text showing has changed.
In the link provided from FMScout you can read in more detail.
It's not perfect, sometimes the commentary of the two commentators overlaps...
