Pre season/ JC Schaal 2018-19 - Ajax
I decided to arrange last friendly with away to AC Milan and was disappointed not to come away with a win. We was the better side and better chances and has 5 CCC against them. Their goals was really sloppy finish and we should have cleared it up.
We picked up our first trophy of the season with a 4-2 win over FC Twente. With Verhappen bagged a hat trick and goal from Maher, he also has a goal disallowed.
We went ahead on 12th minute with a strike from Verhappen. We conceded a free kick on 22nd minutes Milovanovic fouled one of their player. Tarim, somehow let the ball slip through his hands to level the score. Tarim playing as Pardes is out for few weeks. Verhappen put us ahead once again with a header from Serero's corner. To my amusement with the defence, Jairo Riedewald failed to mark Borven who he slipped past him and scored from 5 yards out from a cross. We went in half time 2-2. At half time, I switched the team fluidity from rigid to fluid. and it seems to work a treat after half time as we bagged another 2 goals. with penalty from Verhappen and goal from Maher.
Transfers
Felt like I was Rolf Harris when I signed 14 years old Luis Neves. Scouts rated him 4.5 stars.
Brought him in as back up to our keepers.
Another back up to fill up left back position.
OUT: I decided to cash in on Cristián Quintano and made over 6M profit on him and sent out few youngsters on loan.
Promoted youngsters
I have promoted only 2 youngsters this season. I felt other youngsters needs to spend one season more with U's19/Jong Ajax.

He played 18 games last season, 7 goals, 12 assists which isn't bad for him. Promoted him to first team as I think he will be very useful for us.

Definitely made alot of improvements and I decided he was good enough to get promoted to the first team. He already have started few games this season ( against AC Milan and FC Twente)

August 2018 - Ajax
Fantastic start to the season
We kicked off the season with away trip to Fc Groningen. It was even matched game and thanksfully we took our chances to win first game of the season.
First home game of the season against FC Utrecht, and we absolutely hammered them and should have got in double figured. Was nice to see Kroos got a goal for us. Their goal came from mistake /o\
Another home game on the trot, this time it was PSV. Serero put us ahead after Gnabry got fouled in the penalty box. Gnabry scored a free kick from 24 meters out to give us the lead. We just still couldn't find the net til 88th minutes with strike from Verhappen.
De Graafschap was really stubborn and we found it hard to break them down, Alan managed to break the deadlock on 34th minutes with header from the corner. We continue to fail to break them down until Gnabry's shot found it way into the net to give us 3 points.
Leandro Paredes - Out for up to 4 weeks to 2 months after he frustrated his wrist during the match.
We welcome Willem II at our place, I decided to rest Verhappen and handed debut to Martijn van der Horst. Furuichi put the team up on 28th minutes with a strike outside the box. Van der Horst double our lead on 42nd minutes, they failed to clear the corner kick and only flicked it toward Van der Horst whom blasted it home for a goal on his debut. Furuichi scores another goal on 47th minutes with a decent strike inside the box. Blind got his first goal of the season after well work passing between Pluim and Maher, Maher found Blind on his own, running into the box and Maher through passed it to him and slammed it home to give us 3-0 lead. Van der Horst got his 2nd goal on his debut with another goal on 87th minutes.
After the match, we broken our record attendance. I'm surprised by that even they ain't a top side like PSV. Our attendance against PSV was 48,092.
Not sure why they did it as we're not filling the bum on the seats to the maximum capacity on matchdays.

September 2018 - Ajax
Our unbeaten runs continues into September \o/
I was expecting Vitesse to give us a hard game but we breezed through so easy with a 5-2 thrashing over them.
We scored another 5 goals against VVV. With Verhappen scored a hatrick and goals from Kroos, Gnabry and Furuichi.
I decided to give van der Horst, his first Champions League start against Sparta Prague. Which he didn't disappoint me by bagged 2 goals
This was massively disappointment against Roda JC. I also stuck with van der Horst up front, also Kroos has his worst game ever by letting them score their 2nd goal by being careless and was his rating was 5.9!
I decided to keep 3 first team players ( Veltman, Pardaes and Furuichi) and rest was youngsters and also played Sneijder as he's just came back from few weeks out injured. Furuichi put us ahead with a strike on 42nd minutes, We conceded on 63rd minutes as Salazar horribly sliced his clearance which ended up going across the pitch, which they took advantage of and they blasted it to level the score from inside the D outside the box. Thanksfully to our youngster, Loos won the game for us in the end. Pleased with the win as we got plenty of depth in the squad.
Another disappointment performance from the team, even we won the game with 4th minute penalty from Verhappen, we just couldn't find our finishing touches and we was dominance all over the pitch. Thinking about starting Ver der Horst more often!

Signed new contract with Ajax, I'm really enjoying it with them. Don't know why it says 2 years when they offered me 4 years

Seems PSV has spent heavily 23M on 9 players this season, they also got Alberto Cerri on free too /o\ They sold Carlos Fierro to Arsenal for 16.5M.
Feyenoord and AZ have not spent a lot this season so far.

October 2018 - Ajax
Brilliant month for us! Would give anything for a clean sheets
We started the month with away trip to Greece to face Olympiakos, Maher and Gnabry ripped them apart.
Fatigue definitely crept in as we only had few days to prepare for our match against RKC, but thankfully our guys was still up for it and we won the game with ease.
We was poor against ADO Haag and the players didn't have their shooting boots on as we was pathetic in front of the goals as we took 26 shots at the goal and only 2 was in the net. Their goal was a chip from 25 yards
Wow wow wow, superb win over Man City. Was expecting us to get mulled apart by them, but we dominated the game throughout the match. Gnabry, Maher and van Oeveren was causing them all sort of problems.
This is Man City line up against us. Now you can see why I was expecting us to get thrashed by them.
It was even Stevens with our match against AZ, but Lucas Paredes was the massive difference as he led us to 3 points with 2 great goals.
I decided to play my strongest XI but decided to rest Paredes as he just literally came back from few months out injured against AZ and played Nouri, what an debut for him! He was brilliant in first half but the team faded little bit and struggled to score more in 2nd half.
We will play PSV at home in next round.
Transfers news
I have also sold Fernando Salazar to Valencia for shy of 6M. I got few potential replacements I am looking at to bring in. Now we got 106M to spend.
