One Night In Grimsby
Obviously, a recall option would have to be set in the loan contract, which I know, just can't find the option.
Similarly, one of my loanees just got injured long term and I want to terminate to save some wage costs, can't find that option?

The recall option yes, has to be in the deal, agreed on that.

Must be a bug then? Or a strange rule that we're not aware of?

if it is a season long loan then i believe you can only recall the player during the transfer window, if it is a short term loan for like a month for two then you can recall at any time during the loan. also, if you charged the other club an initial fee for the loan like 500k or something then i don't think you can recall him because obviously that wouldn't be fair on the club that paid the fee...

thanks for repeating what i already said in the post directly above yours...

That's understandable. I've definitely had short term loans though (1-3 months), with no fee involved, where I haven't been able to recall the guy even though the options been included. So if you can only recall in the transfer window for these short term deals too(?), why is the option there to include the clause?
I'm confused

This is it.
At the start of the game, only about 5% of the loans can be recalled I've found.
Moving forward, you can only recall during the transfer window.
