BETA version can't be played with FMF files?

I tried to put some FMF (expanded league) files in editor data directory. The game doesn't see them at all/
I tried also some DBC files, like fixing team names (I know they shouldn't work yet) or another league structure file(dbc) - the game sees them and telling me that they are wrong/not useful, but they are there. But no FMF files
I dont know if it's because of Beta
I read somewhere, that in BETA version will be no "download content" option. I guess they meant their own download content, but may be it's about all FMF files

Oh! And by the way I am glad to open this section for FM2017 and be the first. Don't react harsh

They're not working yet, no...
