@willaustin27, we've already rejected a number of similar individual requests on the ground of them being too small to produce improvements. Same goes for all these.

They are larger than 180x180

I can't check the wording on the improvement request guidelines as I have reached my request limit, but it's not the source which should be 180x180, ideally, but the face area.

For example, when you crop the area of the face of an image at random (I chose 28059138), this is the size you get (in the attachment).

To cut it, you will need to enlarge it and that will mean it cannot be an improvement on its present MP cut.

Having had a closer look at your request, none of the players will be improvements. But the sources of the staff members are all large enough to possibly be considered as improvements, depending on the quality of the present MP cuts, naturally...

I've resized and cleaned the SI cuts I think would be improvements

@rekooner2, I've mentioned this many times before so can you please take my advice on board - please check for snow whenever possible and remove it Almost all of the cuts in this pack included some snow.

You do some excellent work, it's a pity that something as small as this isn't fixed as it would make your cuts so much better
