my 1st season was up & down when it comes to using tactics as not 1 i used worked well for me but i somehow managed to win all available trophies for the club but i noticed i would lose games back to back and when ever it came to me winning i would win majority of the games 1-0 or 2-1 and i've noticed i'm never having any possession of the ball, the highest i had in my 1st season was around 48% so i'm Looking for a tactic that works well with Madrid and helps me score more then 1/2 goals a game & maybe a little bit more possession.

this is my squad atm in the 2nd season.

If you won it all last season I wouldn't look to change too much

It could be as easy as switching from Attacking to Control, a Control setting will give your play less of a rush feel to it. Keep your main tactic and try having a second tactic with the same formation/roles but with Control/Fluid and then also have a third tactic with the same formation/roles and with Standard/Fluid. I've found that having a Standard mentality can help you control the games better.

Losing back to back and the close victories could actually be a mentality thing. Try and be a lot more aggressive in your team talks, if you are heading into a game try Aggressive/Assertive, if you are drawing, losing or only winning by one goal try and be Aggressive and ask for more. If you are two goals clear I've found it better if you just say nothing and let the players play.

Pre-season is the perfect time to play with the tactic, you don't want to be heading into the season still tweaking things as you'll end up becoming frustrated and changing things for the sake of it.

If you want more possession then change your centre backs to Central Defenders rather than Ball Playing, the latter makes them hit 50 yard searching passes looking to launch a counter rather than playing a simple pass and building out from the back. Make sure your keeper has instructions to roll the ball out rather than kick it and make sure you have play out of defence on.

As mentioned above change Attacking to Control, no need to go attacking from the off really. Also, might be worth considering your attackers roles, having 2 inside forwards both on attack could mean they are playing in the same space as you Complete Forward, try using Hazard as a winger maybe so he hugs the touchline and stretches the defence, he should put in some crosses too which will be good for Lewa up top.
