Can you post the psd for the third kit (or its template)? I just noticed you didn't put the dots pattern on the shorts, and I can fix that quickly as well as add the melange texture to the shirt.
If I understand how the template works then the pattern look like this

You need in-game editor for careers in progress, or normal editor if you're about to start new career.
When using in-game editor, sometimes it bugs if you change colours and go straight to 3d match. You should save game, close and restart.

I can confirm that it's buggy and I also was unable to change number colour at first.
I tried several things and made it at the end, but I was lazy to test what exactly did the trick. I removed the shirt completely, and made a brand new one; than reentered the colours again. I also made sure there was at least one "progress" between colour changes and saving and exiting game. Sometimes if you change colours and exit right away it behaves like it didn't "catch" colours even if you saved. But if press progress at least once after colours change, it seems that it works.
