It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Either you cut them yourself and post them in the no-ID folder for me to collect or you just collect the images and wait till they have a UID before requesting them.

In the request forum, click the button in the screenshot. You can then upload the whole teampack in this way. Once you do, it is automatically posted in the facepacks release thread and I will download it from the completed requests section to check and compare with the present MP and add any cuts deemed as improvements

Rename the image you want with the regen's UID (go to interface preferences and tick "Show screen IDs in Title Bar to assist skinning" to see the UID, not sure what it's called in Swedish sorry) and put the image in Graphics -> Players folder
Then open the config.xml file in Notepad++ or a similar program and add <record from="UID" to="graphics/pictures/person/UID/portrait"/> to a new line. If you don't have a config.xml you can download a facepack and edit the file from that one.

Your 3 unfinished requests are already cut out so I think everyone assumed you were going to upload as completed cutouts.
However I think maybe this request could do with its edges being cleaned up/discoloration fixed which I can do soon. The cutouts of your other two requests look fine to me.

In addition to what weeniehutjr said, every week or so I collect the 15 oldest requests still pending to allow requesters who have reached the limit to be able to request again. I hope to be able to do so tonight or tomorrow...

Got a new laptop so tried to transfer megapack from old one to new one. They haven't all transferred as it says some are corrupt.
I've then tried to download the complete megapack on to new one and it says some files are corrupt. I've then downloaded each one individually and I'm missing quite a few. The first megapack from FM11 Update pack 3.0 also downloads but then it says can't find file due to being corrupt.
Hope to have some help, as it just doesn't feel the same without quality graphics.

As you're a premium member, I would suggest you download the complete pack again (or maybe wait a couple of days or so for 10.11). I suggest using Chrome to download it because, in case the download gets interrupted, you are able to resume the download from the point it was stopped. I also suggest using Winrar to extract the pack as that's what it was built with.
I don't really know how and why the files at your end keep appearing as corrupt, especially the ones in the megapack on your old laptop.

So far it's taking more time than I expected to cut out all the players/staff (thanks to busy backgrounds and some players with complex hair), should I upload the teampack half-complete just so it gets into the next database update, or wait until I've cut all of them before uploading the teampack?

It appears to be the case, and I'll see what we can do about it, but can I ask why you're downloading FM2013 files? As a premium member, all you really need to do is download the latest complete pack. It's backward compatible

I suggest using Winrar. It really depends on the speed of your system nut 2 hours for 10% does seem a bit excessive anyhow.
