Need help with created club id clashing with team I replaced!

I want to add custom kits and logos to my created team but when I add them in the config and add the id it doesn't change my club. To check what was wrong I created a new save and seen that the team I replaced on my previous save had the badge and kits I wanted on my created club. how can I get them on my created club if they share the same club id?
