Sorry, this is new to me.
I have received now a message that my request is fulfilled and with the cutout attached to it.
But I see that the image is not attached to Kenny Deré if I search him in the FM database.
Do I still have to do something ? Or is that gonna change in time by itself ?

Cut-outs only appear in the site's database once they are added in an update pack. The most recent pack was released last week and packs are released every 3-4 weeks so the next one may take a while to be released.
In the meantime, if you want to have him in your game, you can add him using the methods indicated in this thread
