The edges are terribly jagged when viewed in Photoshop for some reason; quite unusual for one of your cuts. I'd have tried to clean it, usually, but with the MP cut being good and quite recent, it wasn't worth the time and effort.

@mons as far as I can tell, it looks perfectly fine. Its definitely an improvement on the old image as well.

It may look fine in the default skin where the area for the face is tiny, but if you use a skin with larger player faces, then the jagged edges will be very evident in-game.
