I don't know which method of saving the files in Photoshop you're using mate,but file sizes are very big,300-400 KB.
Please do like this:
File -- Save As...select PNG from the dropdown menu,and set options like this:
Apparently I have to save them first, then open the image again in the same program and then save it again, apparently it becomes smaller
