It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

may sound a noob here lol but downloaded the megapack how far would you suggest i go back in the mini updates so it feels up to date
was tempted to start from early 2020
or should i just download the latest update?

Since you're a premium member, if you just download the most recent complete pack, you'll have all the images in the megapack. All you'd need to do from that point on is to download the individual update packs released periodically.

Try downloading the file using Google Chrome, which allows interrupted download to be resumed from the point they were stopped.

I've been downloading the Cut-Out Faces Megapack files for the past weeks (yes, you read it right: "weeks". my connection is that good). Today, as i was about to continue my journey i noticed the files are not there anymore. Is there a specific reason for this? Will they be back up soon?
EDIT: This is regarding the FM20 Update Pack - 12.18

What do you mean? They look fine to me here
The default tab is now FM21 since the 13.0 update pack for it was released earlier today, so you may have to manually change the tab to FM20.

It would help if you provide screenshots of how the site is looking like for you, because it's not clear what you mean.
That said, it looks like you've got all the files needed for the 12.0 base pack. All you need to do now is to extract them all and install them in numerical order, starting from the multiple 12.0 base files (which should all ectract automatically if you start with part 1) and continuing to the various update packs (from 12.01 until 12.18), accepting all overwrite prompts. You just need to download the 13.0 update pack now to be fully up-to-date.

The 6.0 pack is at 0,9% (one start), the 8.0 pack is still at 0%.
Is there a possibility that more people (re-)share these torrents? Or anyone knows what's the availability of them?

Is it sufficient to download the 13.0 version, thus having ALL images?
Or do you need to download all versions, where 8.0 is an update of 7.0, 9.0 is an update of 8.0,... thus not having all images but ONLY updates per new version?

The "changes" file is 500mb the complete file is 18gb. If you click "Download Latest Changes" that should give you the right file.
Are you possibly getting confused by the new design? If you're struggling to find the right place to download please try and give detailed feedback and i'll try and improve it 🙂

When i click on download latest changes it takes me to the page where u have all the updates and when i click on version 13.00 theres 19 packs to download which I assume is the full pack. This is the page it redirects me to and i cant find the update pack thats 500mb https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/1/download
