Reload skin option not showing

I have added the graphics folder, added the logos and cleared cache, but for some reason the reload skin button is not showing at all.. Any advice?

I had a similar issue by not showing. So with the search bar at the top in preferences I typed in reload and the option appeared to reload skin to select and all downloaded graphics appeared in game. When I went to preferences after that the selection tab appeared as the screenshot shows by @kingrobbo
