It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Delete anything you have on "cut out" faces. Then download the full pack again and install it in the right place.

I've been using megapack 11.00 the last few years so decided to update it. The 11.00 pack takes about an hour to extract, but is around half the size of 13.00. Even so, any ideas as to why the latest full download is taking so long to extract. I've re-downloaded it but it's still doing it.

Reboot your computer, so you are sure the computer is not running an over load of programs. Then just unzip the file... sometimes with such a big file the computer gets the calculation of extraction time wrong and it speeds up after a veil.

And just a thought. If you are extracting it on to the full 11.00 pack that is the problem.... it will check if all the file are there or not taking it for ever. You can of course do that, but then you need to let it unzip over night and when you look at it next day it will ask if you what to overwrite all the updates from 13.00. Otherwise just delete what you have and then extract the 13.00 file.... I'm sure it will make a huge difference 🙂

It didn't work as well.
The solution was to delete the general config file(the one in documents/sports interactive/fm21),and let it recreate itself.

They are in the pack. Something has gone wrong with your file. If you've already tried deleting cache and reloading re-loading skin it may just be best to download the entire file.

These files work and these files are perfectly downloaded directly from the site. It's neither our fault if you have internet connectivity issues, nor that you don't know how to install it 😕
Plus, you're not making much sense. Did you download the whole pack or is the download stopping? Can't be both 😕 If you keep getting the download interrupted, use Google Chrome which allows you to resume downloads which have stopped or failed.
If you want us to help, flailing and threats aren't going to do you much good. We're here to help, but that attitude's just not on, I'm afraid.

Looks like you have a bit of a weak internet connection with a download speed that slow. The slower the download speed, the longer it'll take and the more chance there is of an interruption, sadly.
If you have some streaming services or other downloads in the background, best to stop them.
