It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

There are steps in the first post on how to change the user data folder read by the game if you're not using the default path, you may need to do these steps in order to see these and any other graphics you add. Also remember to change the preferences as per the screenshot in the first post.

But the problem is that I'm on a new PC and I don't have any other folders. I've downloaded this face pack before on other PC's and have never gotten this pop up when I first download them. Is this normal? Want to make sure I'm not doing something wrong.

Sorry, I'm sure this has already been asked and answered.
I've downloaded the full face pack (yes, premium member), created graphics folders and faces folder and unzipped the file in to there. It's 17gb so looks right. I then go to preferences and tick/untick the boxes I'm shown in the instructions, but no faces appear. What am I doing wrong?

You'll have to be more specific. What does "not working to unpack it" mean? Are you using Winrar? Are you getting an error message?

It starts but immediately fails in like 20 seconds. I'm downloading metallic logos without a problem now. I also see torrent for metallic logos on its own page but can't see the torrent for cutout faces :/

It was working fine yesterday but I seem to having trouble downloading it myself too today. Downloads 40MB and the download speed just goes down to 0.
Could be related to the release of the update pack somehow so I'm tagging @Footygamer so he can investigate, as well as to maybe make the torrent file (more) visible.

I am having the exact same problem. I have downloaded and followed instructions as given (ticking/unticking boxes etc), have re-loaded skin but no faces. The files are in in the graphics folder and looks to all be there as it should. Im sure I am doing something wrong! But not sure what it is. Any advice greatly appreciated!

In both your cases, can I see screenshots of your megapack folder and your in-game preferences?

Can I see the file size of the downloaded file? I suspect it didn't fully download. Also, try using Winrar to extract it if at all possible.

I'm a bit confused. The file size yesterday was 17.32GB. Now that the 13.01 update was released overnight, it's 17.7GB. How you've got that filesize I have no idea, and I'm afraid it looks like the download might have done some mischief to itself.
