Having issues now with speed

Any help is most welcome. I played fm21 last night all was fine running 5 major still having 3.5 star speed and process. ran it today (nothing changed no install or modification of graphics etc) and running on 0.5 stars, any ideas?

If you're running applications outside FM (e.g. internet browser), then that will affect the star speed. It's just an indication anyway, no need to fret about it.
