These are very decent cuts indeed @mattdonne but same as my other comment, we have a defined size for cut-outs which is either 250x250 for good quality sources and 180x180 for smaller images.

Another thing to keep in mind is for the head to be upright as much as possible. In the example of this image, which is tilted to the left, the source should have been rotated (probably 3-4 degrees clockwise) so that the final cut is as upright as possible. Reason being that it looks much better in-game. Here's a video of what I mean:
