Don't see much point in this kind of cuts.
Unless you tag the cutter @Mateee , there's not much point in this kind of comment as he simply won't be aware of it 😉
I have to say I agree. I understand good sources might not be available for players from obscure leagues, but if that's the case, then it's better to avoid doing cuts from low-quality sources which end up being blurry, not sharp and/or pixellated.

However, I think that it is better to have a player's cut-out (even with a little worse quality) than not having it at all. After all, they can be replaced with a better quality photo at any time. What you think?

Generally speaking, yes. But if the source being cut is too small or too low in quality, then it's probably best to wait until a better source becomes available.
Don't see much point in this kind of cuts.
