This file has the Dirty Dozen elite teams banned from UEFA comps with this Mod- NB this is permanent- they cannot be added back to UEFA comps at a later date
NB With most of the elites banned Bayern and P.S.G. are going to dominate Europe
UCL groups without the 12 clubs
No changes made to Continental rules this is the comps without those 12 clubs taking part
NB I have had issues previously with people passing/posting my files as their own work so do not repost on any other site without my permission to do so
Download the file and just place into: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\editor data
Delete any other previous versions you have of this file
Open the game and start a new career
Select Database
Then a drop down menu appears of all files in your edited data folder
make sure the file/s you want to use are checked with a tick and then you are good to go

How the Domestic tables look with the ‘Bans’ in place

So even though the 12 clubs finished in a qualifying place for a UEFA comp they do not take part
So teams finishing in non UEFA places but are the next best placed team/s take the UEFA spot/s

Things to consider when ‘banning’ these clubs
Do you create a mid week league ‘ESL’ or something similar
so the dirty dozen play in the ESL[with hardly any prize money and gets them playing lots more games 30+ and therefore impact on their league form] or just a straight 'ban' with no mid week football and thus allowing them a week to prepare for their domestic leagues/cups
Do you add Bayern +P.S.G. to the banned list? They are not part of the dirty dozen but…..
think the option of an ‘ ESL’ more as a punishment is the way to go as surely the ‘elite’ teams' players will be knackered etc and it will be a minor cup to win with little income etc
but if you want it to be a High profile comp that is your choice
