France Ligue 1

Hi, first of all I do not know if this is the right place to ask this question.

Is there any database or something which changes the prize money in Ligue 1? I think the prize money is way too low (in-game, not for real) to play a good long save with a team in Ligue 1. I know that you probably can change it yourself, but you have to have the payed version of for example FMRTE and such.

So thats a guide how to do it myself? 

Another question I have is I think I managed to do it by myself BUT, when I load the new game with the fmf. file I cannot chose Ligue 2 and the lower leagues as a playable league or visable league.. 

If I do this step by step with the help of the thread to showed me, will that be fixed?
