@leftfoot, before doing an image, do take the time to check if it's been done already and save yourself some time in the future 😉 Also, try and center your cuts as they look much better in-game.
Try and brighten your cuts if the source is a bit dark and it might also be worth considering tweaking the color balance (CTRL+B) by moving the lower bar towards yellow in sources like this and this where the face colour is a bit strange.
