@Joe Moon, why did you cut off such a large part of his collar? Looks really unnatural.
Brightening this one would also be preferable, it's much too dark

I can tell the source wasn't great. But rotating it, brightening it and including the collar would probably still be achievable

A little bit of rotation before cropping the cut, a bit of brightening, added some saturation and cleaned the snow generated by remove.bg.
Do take the time to refine your technique. You're still starting out. Aim for quality over quantity, and the latter will follow your achievement of the former
Also,if you have poor source,don't cut it as 250x,feel free to cut it as 180x180.

Not a bad cut, but the source image isn't the largest and so the eventual cut can't be too sharp.
