@BramNUFC, it's not a bad cut but it's not an improvement. The current cut may be a couple of years old, but it's looking at the camera. Replacing the current megapack cut with an image in which half the face is hidden and which is looking away from the camera makes little sense, especially when he looks quite similar anyway.
There's a fair few similar instances in this pack, so it's best I draw your attention so you can be aware of this and select your sources more sensibly 😉

Good work @BramNUFC, but when a present megapack cut is in 250x250, it won't be replaced with a 180x180 cut unless the former cut is very poorly done or of a wrong person, which isn't the case here. Worth keeping in mind for future sources which aren't the largest 👍
