Not bad @Daz10N, but do try and rotate your source before cropping it. If the source is tilted to one side, it'll look much better in-game if it is fully upright. This is how to resolve it:
Also, when cropping an image, please leave only 2-3 pixels beneath the chin so that as much of the canvas as possible is taken up by the face. It's not a face-and-neck pack after all 😉
