Better @johnloch, but please remember that all cuts must have a collar.
Since in some sources, like presumably this one, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a technique of how the above can be accomplished quite easily by lassoing the collar and nudging it upwards:
I'll fix this one myself but please remember this for any future cuts.
@johnloch, this is the third time I've mentioned this to you - please crop no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. It's a facepack, not a face-and-neck-and-upper-chest-pack.
