@GarviLoken Good start, but it's not quite ready to be added to the megapack yet. Firstly it's not in the right dimensions, cuts should be either in 180x180 or 250x250 (in this case the source can easily produce a 250x250). Secondly,the guidelines state that you should leave no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin when cropping. In cases like this where the collar is lower down or the neck is overly long, here's a method on how to nudge the collars upwards to include them in your cropped version.

The face is also tilted, rotating it a couple of degrees will make it look even better 👍

Yeah you still could have cropped it a bit closer, but apart from that it looks really good! Great that you're taking the advice on board 👍
