It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Yo, new premium member. I've already downloaded the complete pack, but as I'm unzipping it's asking me to replace files. Do I say yes or no? Using WinRAR.

Most definitely is my first instance of files due to the fact I started playing today. I went ahead already and said “yes to all” seeing how there was more than a few. Everything turned out how it should be though, and I'm loving the game so far. Thank you for your response anyhow.

I've tried reloading the faces, making my own, using different websites but none of them work. Yes, I've obviously reloaded the skin and deactivated the game cache thing but they just wont work, they keep appearing as black faces on FM24 still. Logopack works brilliantly but faces are the issue.

You haven't downloaded the full megapack. You should have over 450,000 and you have slightly over a third of that. It might well be that you don't even have a config file in there too, but I can't tell from those screenshots.

ive tried to download it 3 times now (and my internet is slow so it takes a couple hours) and everytime it stops the download and says that its not approved?im using the instant download,not the torrent.

Good Evening, I recently downloaded the cut-out face pack, and followed the steps, all the way to the ‘reload skin’ and unticking the caching. I reloaded the game, and now have no faces whatsoever in my game. Any suggestions where I may have gone wrong?

When you say you have no faces, do you mean you have a blank space where the cuts should be or do you see the silhouette in that place?

That means you've either messed up the installation process somehow or not downloaded the full megapack.
You should have one folder which contains all the faces and another which includes all the iconfaces. If you have sub-folders somewhere, what you're experiencing is what will happen. Here's a video on how to install update packs:

I have downloaded the megapack as I have a new laptop - previously had the megapack on my old laptop.
I have a Victus 16BG I512th Gen laptop and unzipping the files is taking seriously long - I mean after 3 hours, it hasnt even gone over 0%. I know this can take some time but it is not even moving a little bit! Is there any tips to get this going or a faster way of extracting the files? I have made sure no other programs are running etc

Downloaded the cut out facepack torrent version to avoid all 13 parts, downloaded and unzipped it fine but for whatever reason only like 2500 faces are showing, any idea why? I'm on Mac btw

Cheers for the response. It created a sub-folder in graphics, called sortitoutsi. Inside this was the faces and icon faces folder, but it wouldn’t allow me to move these folders from there. Gave up and deleted everything, and the games original faces returned instead of the empty spaces.
Decided to follow the guide video above. Downloaded the files againand tried to extract them to the graphics folder. Now I’m getting ‘An unexpected error is preventing the archive from being extracted’ I give up now, and my little lad is very disappointed in me🙈

Hey fellas, I am on Mac and am attempting to download the torrent file instead of all the separate ones. Used qBittorrent and the unzipped it as normal but when I loaded into the game and reset the skin no faces popped up. Went and checked the file and for whatever reason theres in like 2500 faces in the actual folder, any idea why and any tips to help fix this?

You either did not download the full file, or you didn't extract it properly. Try Winrar to extract the file you've downloaded.

Alright so that worked but now the update files are giving me issues. Do I maybe have those in the wrong folder? Do I need all of them or just the newest one and having all of them is what's bugging it out? For reference I have each update file downloaded into the faces folder just like I have the main pack.
