I have a question about the famous players for each nation. I would like to know how the numbers (a rating from 1 to 20) translate in the behavior of the feature in game.
During the game, the young players are compared to some player of the past: for instance a great offensive midfielder from Italy could be described as "player similar to Roberto Baggio".
It is not clear to me how the numbers are affecting this feature.

The famous historic player will have some physical and technical characteristics, which trigger the comparison if the young player has similar characteristics.
So a relatively short yet promising Italian central defender might be compared to Fabio Cannavaro, while a promising deep-lying playmaker would be compared to Andrea Pirlo.

Yes this is how it is, but on the right there is a cell with a value, which can be from 1 to 20. I would like to know which is the meaning of that value and how it affects the in-game comparison.

It's a rating on a national scale to show where the player stands among the other famous players from that nation.
