Maybe if you use the editor to change the kit colour they might change.  It's never something I've thought or cared about.

Im on mac and I cannot figure how to get the 3d kits to appear in game and I am following all the instructions, I don't know where the problem is

Hi I'm relatively new to this. I installed a jersey pack that I'm using for my fantasy premier league, and it's all good because I can edit the files that are included there. However, Brighton and Man City both have pre-installed licensed kits that I'm not sure how to change. Is there any way I can find the files for those, so that I can add my own custom jerseys in their place?

Hello guys, I seem to have a problem with the 3d kits when loaded into the game. I made the kits for my cesena save and away kit has black shirt with white shorts and black socks, however when the away kit is loaded it loads the shorts as black although the texture is white. Is there any pre-set color when it comes to some default kits or am I missing something here? Thanks in advance

Hi, is there a feature or software I can use to convert the 3D sets I design to how they look in matches so they look like they actually do so I can see them better?

Hi. I'm am on FM 22 (windows) playing in the Brazil league. I have downloaded facepacks and Logo packs and they work fine. But I cannot get any Kits to work whether 3d or 2d. I have thr kits and configure provide form the download link on this site. I have put them in the same place as face packs and logs but in a “kits” folder (unzipped) I have cleared the cache In game and unticked the cache box. I have ticked the reload box  and hit confirm but it just doesn't work? As I say my badges and faces show up. Do any of you nice people have any other ideas I may have missed. Thanx

Which packages did you download? (2d and 3d) Have you tried fixing any issues with the in-game editor?

I have downloaded both. Tried them together and sperate. Is the in game editor something that could help?

Fine 👍 I remind you that in championships with an annual calendar (such as in South America, Asia, Sweden, Norway etc etc) Sports Interactive often inserts different uniforms into the two databases (24.0 Season 2023 - 24.3 or 24.4 Season 2024) and this is possible by inserting the specific year of the competition

however, this information means that custom kits are not displayed. So with the in-game editor you can remove the check from the specific season information so you can always see the kit, even as the seasons pass.

The game stopped recognizing the 3D kits.
Reinstall, bore cache, restart game and it does NOT recognize them.
It's the first time in 10 years that I play FM.

I know this is not a place for requests, but I think we can ask questions about things that affect 3D kits, right?

My question is: in my game, the players' names appear written on the upper part of the back of the shirts. How can I make sure their names don't appear?

I ask because some kits have sponsors on the back, and the words end up getting mixed up with the names.

Bit of an odd one, i swapped in the all white kit in 3d and used in game editor to change shorts to white, however they still appear as the black version, its the full 3d version as i dont have any alt short colours, tried both of these versions and i cant get it to work at all, and i cant understand why, all my other 24/25 3d work spot on

Let's assume you didn't make some silly mistake like not overwriting old kit, or having double folders; there's also a small chance that FM will change shorts by itself  in case of a kit clash. Progress your game and see if the problem persist in next away game where white kit is used

Yeah only one kit folder

100% only version of kit there, I have a seperate folder not in FM to keep alt kits

was a match against Brentford away so Brentford also in black shorts

I might try just starting new game see what happens 

Worth a shot….double check the ‘alternative kit number’ against the shorts in the in-game editor….ive fallen victim to this before where it was set to 4 and can sometimes happen when adding/removing kit objects in the in-game editor. Make sure its 0 against the default shorts.
