Stuck trying to make a British Champions Cup

So I've been trying to make a UK Super Cup to replace the Community Shield (keeping the shield until i actually get the super cup working), at first it was only 2 teams playing the semi-finals, now it doesn't even exist or show up and I'm quite frankly stumped. 

Seems to be tested fine in the editor but I doubt it?

If someone would kindly prefer to make it from scratch instead of going through my file here are the specifics.

I want it running from 1st of August (Semi Finals) to the 10th of August (FInals). 3rd play offs can be a day before I don't mind. I can change it myself.

I want it to run every year on the same dates.

Host nation is picked from a rotated list of the UK countries where all the games are played in stadiums.

No stadium rules (unless needed).

4 Team cup, picked based on Winner of Emirates, Scottish, JD Welsh and Clearer Water Irish Cup. 

2 stages. 1st stage is a semi finals, whoever wins goes to the finals, the losers go to a 3rd place play off.

Ranking levels are as expected.

Teams are given 40% of Inital TV money and a fee for each stage.

Gate Receipts are split 50/50 to each team.

Test it in game look at the rules in game see if they look right and run a holiday sim to see if rounds are drawn/played

are you using this set up where rounds are stages-

or this where there is just a cup stage with rounds?

the common mistake is the third+fourth play off round

your order should be for rounds

semi -

3+4th play off

final

so at semi final stage your index

winner = 2

loser=1

that way the loser goes to play off/winner final
