Blanc is only one name being considered for the Roma job, not done at all yet. But I don't think PSG would go for him anyway.
As for Carroll, he'd be better off staying at West Ham imo. The team would more or less be built around him, and in a style of play which is perfect for him. Which would be ideal especially with the World Cup coming up (if England make it).
