It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

hi guys i have one problem, i cant find torrent link for cut out facepack. i can find only direckt but i cant download that because when i downloading at some time its crush and it wrote link expiried and i dont know why but i cant download megapack on direckt link, only on torrent

As a premium member, you can download the entire megapack directly from the site in one file.

The FM22 torrent contains every single image included in the megapack till then.
We don't remove players' images from the megapack. For one thing, we don't necessarily know they've been removed, and secondly it'd be an immensely arduous and time-consuming thing to do.

Hello I am new to fm and I downloaded from 25.00 to 25.04 but 25.05 and 25.06 are not picture files rather a type of file i cant understand what to do with them

This is nothing to do with “new to FM”… As you can see the file size from your screenshot, sure you expect the file should be bigger than 0kb.
Assume that the file is alright on the sharing services site, there are several possible reasons, e.g. network problems or download limit. So, may try downloading again later (wait for a while after completing a file), downloading one file at a time, or select another file hosting service (if any).

The full megapack has just under 500k images - how do you have 900k??
The full megapack's config file is around 34MB - how is yours around 15.5MB?
I have no idea what's happened here, but your best way forward is to delete your current faces folder, and download the torrent + update packs.

In frdl.is the page doesn't load and in the other link, once I wait 60 seconds, the download doesn't start, the antivirus comes up and it doesn't download (it happened to me with another part but it did download)

These are people not in the default database, for whom any cuts you may have aren't part of the megapack.

Try downloading it in incognito mode. It'll be a false positive for the antivirus, which you should be able to override/ignore.

Hi! Can someone help me with a problem I have?
I used to play FM14 with a face pack version 13.0 (FM21 version, if i'm not mistaken) and it worked like a charm. I installed FM24, and with it, I updated the face pack with the last versions, moving it into the FM24 folder. It worked perfectly as well. After that, I moved the graphics folder back to the FM14 folder to play it again. And, for some reason, all faces in the FM14 are glitching now.
What could be the issue here? Changes in the xml file made for latter FM games?
Is there a way to fix it, except to download 13.0 face pack version again? I tried to do it, but it's unavailable for the download 😢

The 22.0 torrent file was compressed in a way which has this effect on some images. It is suggested that you download an older torrent file which should not have this issue. Download links for older torrent versions is being made available below. It is recommended that you download the torrent file for the version after the one you’re playing since this will include all the update packs released for that iteration 😉

Can I see what's inside your faces folder? The amount of images seems just under the amount actually in the megapack, plus it says you have 3 folders, when you should only have 2.
