It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

You have the full complement of images in there, so the issue isn't the megapack itself.
Your download history says you downloaded this file. Remove it, if it's still within your graphics folder.

As the title states, I am unsure where to put these files as I have already downloaded a ton of cut out faces with a config.xml file in it. Do I keep it in the Cut-Out Player Faces Megapack - New Players for FM24 folder or copy it to the graphics/faces and edit the original config.xml and add the information to it?

Copy the new faces to the existing folder, some will surely be repeated so it will ask you to replace existing ones and you say yes and then edit the config.xml

If yes, can you make a search in the graphics folder of 27160181(the UID of Hojlund)?
Before you take a screenshot, can you sort the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
When you run the search, can you change the below search options?
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…

Hello, after downloading the new Facepack for New Wonderkids all of the faces changed to blank,
Did anyone had this issue? The issue is fixed after dowloading the previous config file, I assume something went wrong with new files config?

I've also noticed that only players included in Facepack for New Wonderkids has changed faces, all of the other players have default blank faces please help

hello chaps, need some technical advice. i downloaded the new face pack and popped it in the usual spot, and now pretty much all existing faces are blacked out. Please help ! i'm not sure what i did and how to fix it

Good morning everyone!! @mons , a general question that also concerns the future of the faces package. Will the IDs for faces, stadiums, logos, etc., be the same as in previous editions for FM26? Or will we need to check first?

Nobody can answer that for sure before the game is released, but you'd have to think the UIDs will remain the same.
Will all graphic add-ons still work? You'd like to think so, but who knows for sure.

Yes, you can install the faces. And there's no option to clear cache anymore. Just copy and paste in graphics folder and restart the game.

Hi - am i able to use FMs PL faces as they are more upto date and use SISI graphics pack for everyone else? or use FMs faces for everyone they have a license for and SISI for all unlicensed/blank faces?
