It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I am on Mac and I'm having trouble locating where to paste the face/logo packs. As Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2026 don't exist. I have started a game so was expecting it to show up, but has it moved locations/is it hidden (as with the Real Name Fix where you had to show packaged content)? Thanks for any help!

Hi,
Just trying to download the sortitoutsi Cut Out Player Faces via the torrent link from this site. Unfortunately I have now tried this multiple times on multiple laptops and it always gets stuck at 99.8%.
Any ideas on how and when this could be fixed?

I suspect the player faces size has increased from the previous default of 250x250. We'll need a bit more time to check and update things, if that's the case.
Can you provide a screenshot of the location you've placed the file in? Showing clearly the full path. Also, try removing the iconfaces folder and see if that makes a difference.

There is a white line above every player picture when using the Cut Out pack that isnt present without it (as in using SI's licensed player pictures).

That line also appears when you add your own faces to the game like I did with two players so it's not just specific to this face pack but I wonder if we need to save them differently as the default ones don't have it.

I found that the Players ID and Logos ID conflict？and the same one can only take effect. For example: Chievo and Julen Lopetegui all have the same ID: 1122. Moreover, the priority order is reversed from before

I must admit, I'm having problems activating the file.
I download it, copy it to the graphics folder, and still feel like something isn't right.
Many, many games from Vanarama N/S have no image. That seems strange to me.
Is there a way to test whether I have installed the file correctly—using a player
who should only have an image with the file?

how can i install the Cut Out New Players Megapack 24 together with the Cut Out Complete Pack 26?
do i have to put it in the same folder like → graphics → faces → sortitoutsi and overwrite them or do i have to put it in to another extra folder?
i did it like the screenshot below but it doesnt work 😢 only the complete pack is working.
for example many 16 and 17 years old players like saba kharebashvili, abdhellah ouazane or gabriel mec doenst show for me but it is probably cause i extract it wrong.

= that´s the reason, because this Packs "only" works in FM26, and for all, who want to play Fm24, have to use older Versions of metallic logo + cutout Faces Packs, right?

I think new update is missing some important faces. When i put FM24 face pack they are working so i do not know if it is case of missing or ID. If anyone can confirm that it would be nice.Till now i found missing :
