You need to copy and overwrite the faces and the new config file from the update pack into the faces folder.

It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Your config file is way to small. it should be around 40mb, not 0.1mb.
Repack your faces once again and check the file size.

Thank you so much. That suggestion of yours fixed the problem but I'm a little bit confused. This file that i attachted before was in the last small updated face pack. Every face patches has that confix.xml right? So when i paste new face packs, what should I do? Because winrar is going to ask should paste the new config.xml file or not?

To be fair, I don't remember that something changed in terms of generating xml files. Each update has all the faces from all previous megapacks and updates.

This is a screenshot from your previous post. It is not in the filename method introduced in the new megapack as released on 8 December. Image should have their filenames as face_01234.png, where 01234 is the person's UID.
However, none of those UIDs are in the megapack, so I suspect you've downloaded the pack with the players added via the data update, and put it in the same folder as the main megapack.
They need to be placed in separate folders.

I believe it does, yes. The correct user data folder is the latter, and the game won't find it in the former.
Is it all of them, or is it just the Dutch/French one? I suspect it's the latter, and you therefore need to download and install the real name fix to solve the issue.

Hi, I have just recently bought an iMac and I have downloaded the Face Pack, which works, but when I click on any international team, no players’ faces are showing yet. When I click on club teams, all the players’ faces are there.
Any help would be appreciated.

Appreciate all that you do with all the facepacks. The facepacks for Wonderkids worked pre update but now it does not work. Have you heard if this is the issue now and what I could do to fix it. Thanks

Delete anything you have, and download the complete 2026.05 pack, and you'll be fine.
Please provide screenshots of your faces folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder.
