I don't know where to comment, I didn't see that it was an annual subscription, and I pressed to buy with a card, it says that the processing is in progress, is a refund possible, I pressed to install premium but I immediately stopped downloading and I didn't use my premium membership at all. I accidentally forgot to cancel my premium membership and was charged again. My English is not good, so I didn't fully understand the renewal/payment details.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but can I get a refund for this payment?

Now I've cancelled my PayPal subscription to prevent future payments. Also, I haven't downloaded any material since May 20th, when it was ganged up.

The same thing happened to me, I didnt know how to cancel and was charged today. I think I may have cancelled but is there anyway I can get a refund, I dont use this anymore. @Footygamer @Qvordrup

I have been a subscriber for many years for the cut-outs, logos, and kits downloads, and I have always paid with great satisfaction, with automatic renewal active for several years.

I recently decided to pay for the squad/data updates subscription, but unfortunately, this is not something I am satisfied with at all. I understand that FM26 updates may be the priority, however paying €10 for FM24 updates — which is the version I am actually playing — and then not having those updates properly available makes me feel that it would be better not to offer the service at all.

I would therefore kindly like to request a refund.

Hello.

 

I have a problem.

I made a subscription last year, 30. May.

 

Then yesterday, my Payapal was debited 5 GBP, but on a company card. Which is not good.

I don't mind paying for the subscription, but I really need a refund, on the purchase from yesterday.

Or issues with Premium membership eg downloads not treating you as a premium member etc please post your question/issue in this thread only DO NOT start any other new threads or post on threads that have nothing to do with your problem.


Please be aware the site Admin is based in Australia and so be patient until he replies as he is the only person who can assist with this issue.


can users be aware it can take a few hours for your membership to become active so just be patient

Users need to tag him in their posts and do so correctly eg@Footygamer if it isnt showing up in blue like this you haven't tagged correctly😉

Also anyone wanting other payment options rather than Paypal, this is a recent reply from Footygamer-

Also you can check your order status by viewing shop orders via your profile, there is even a "refresh" but you can click which may solve your problem such as a slow activation.

if your issues is something not working in game then it is nothing to do do with your membership you need to ask in the forum related to it.
