We are indeed Shedender

Nope, despite having one hundred million to spend still MadeiraOliveira I didn't find anyone new to bring in. The league and cup performances are brilliant to date just our poor showing in the Champions league letting us down

Thanks again TheMazzeRunner, its a strong lead to hold but we still need to perform thats for sure! I cant see us beating Juve in Italy but stranger things have happened!

Thanks Johno, we shall soon see what happens.

Atletico Madrid - March 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/PmvjSrS1OiUMtQYpsBSi0gobMKDuHUkf2oiiQATy.png

March could well prove to be the pinnacle month for us here at Atletico. With a spot in the Copa del Rey Final already secured and a dominant gap at the top of the pile, another good month here and we'd surely be all but Champions of La Liga, obviously we wouldn't get carried away just yet. However the Champions League saw us trail four two against Juventus having to go to Italy this month too...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xmBSOcvS0pTIZA5JxqQxHDEbnSZqAOxCkeOwXFvN.png

The month started off well but slipped away in the last couple of matches but I don't think its too damaging if I'm to be honest with you. We picked up seven points from a possible twelve in the league whilst we did crash out the Champions League after only managing a draw against Juventus in Italy.

We beat Alcorcon to kick off the month, a strong three nil win got the ball rolling. Brandalise netted a spot kick after twenty two minutes and the only first half goal of the game. Biesmans made it two nil before Brandalise added his second and our third in the final couple minutes of the game.

A tough fought nil nil draw at home against Sevilla, neither side did enough to win the game despite having chances.

Three home games on a bounce saw us then welcome Almeria who we beat two nil. Aydin in the twenty fourth minute send us on our way before Castro struck in the second half.

It looked like we were going to overturn the first leg result against Juventus here in the Champions League as we raced into a two goal lead inside sixteen minutes in Italy with Castro and Biesmans netting and bringing it level on aggregate. However two goals for the host, one either side of the break saw them come back and hold onto a draw and knocking us out.

We then had an awful showing three days later away at Depotivo. Biesmans sent us ahead after fifteen minutes but we were then awful, conceding three times to lose out three one.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Jex4d5rakBJVpFj8vHCPB06CaxToAaz8M7awFIYC.png

We stay top of the pile and despite dropping five points in the league this month, still sit a comfortable thirteen points clear of second place and cup finalist Villarreal. Hoping we aren't too far from the title now with just eight games left to play. Its proving to be the right decision not to join Barcelona last summer as they aren't going to win the league nor the cup. They sit down struggling in fifth place whilst Real Madrid are occupying third place and fourteen points behind.

Atletico Madrid - April 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/PmvjSrS1OiUMtQYpsBSi0gobMKDuHUkf2oiiQATy.png

And so into the penultimate month of the season and we were flying, running away with it you might say. We still had a little bit of work to do but I was hoping we couldn't blow it now. Six games we faced through April, all in the league and with the chance to win the title, could we go on and clinch it this April...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/dByvORljKedexfxMMVn9WHFQxzwmI6UXOuxFcd2w.png

Yes a superb month! With six wins from six games it was fantastic for the club as it means the league title was ours, it just depended on when now and not if. We were superb all month and there was another massive milestone for me this month, which I think is more than worthwhile showing.

We travelled to Celta to kick off the month and comfortably beat them three one, we trailed early on before Biesmans netted a brace before the break to send us into the lead. Brandalise netted four minutes after the restart to seal the win.

Lugo had started the season so well but had slipped away lately. We stuffed them at home winning five two here. Biesans and Aydin struck before the break where we also conceded one, winning two one. Second half we completely ran away with it, Castro struck twice with Guillaume also netting in the final minute.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/goBEo52m5oibk3miKzwurDD6JmQj5vG0Jjl5yY4Q.png

Back to back five two wins and league Champions! as we beat Rayo again at home. We trailed one nil early on before Castro fired us level two minutes before the break. Brandalise then struck with Guillaume making it three one. We conceded one before Trigo and Biesmans went on to wrap up the win and the league title for us.

We continued our fine form with a trip to Levante who we beat two one. We raced into a twenty three minute, two nil lead as Brandalise netted a penalty after twelve minutes and Castro netted our second. We conceded one in the second half.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/sq931hcsfWyEBmzm8iF6fPDnT0eRmtGyEDNFvFmQ.png

Yes! What a milestone, as we take on Barcelona it was a huge game for me and probably the furthest I've ever got. One thousand games in charge over the years and it was a one nil win. Castro netted after six minutes to make the milestone that much sweeter.

We ended the month at home, welcoming Real Betis who we beat four two for our sixth win on the bounce. Trigo, Castro and Figuerola sent us into a three nil lead in seventeen minutes. Betis pulled one back before an own goal saw us four one up at the break. A second goal for the travelling side didn't stop us taking the points.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/6NO8Z7DZ6lYzeN0K4Hi8lt2By0yUvbe3k7slujg1.png

We have the league title secured and with our game in hand can make the gap twenty points! We've been superb going forward this year, netting over one hundred goals, our defence isn't the tightest but its one of them. A superb goal difference and just three league defeats in thirty six isn't something to grumble about.

Atletico Madrid - May 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/PmvjSrS1OiUMtQYpsBSi0gobMKDuHUkf2oiiQATy.png

Here it was, the final month of the season and there wasn't a lot left for us this month, in fact, May saw us face just three games, two in the league to wrap up a superb season which we've already the title for and the Copa del Rey final where we were set to face Villarreal in what would be a very tough battle.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/f3hRBk86StzrxIgPFIG4tcVqu4bdHTq2rTPB99f6.png

Here were our remaining three games, we won both league games convincingly whilst I'll leave you waiting a couple more minutes to reveal the Copa del Rey final score. Could we go on to tick off the big cup competition here in Spain?

We claimed a two one win at home over Recreativo in a game we should of really kept a clean sheet. Biesmans gave us the lead after twenty five minutes before Jager made it two nil before the break. We conceded from a penalty just five minutes from time.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/HBRvCvK3FB73PEyot7nkxTl5DJXMt0bbxfO5I19v.png

Champions of the double. A superb showing in the Copa del Rey Final saw us easily dispatch Villarreal four goals to one. They failed to turn up for the game and we took full advantage of this. Biesmans gave us the lead after five minutes before Villarreal levelled on the twenty first minute and it was level at the break. Second half Guillaume made it two one to us, an own goal in the fifty fifth minute continued our dominance whilst Sanchez netted eight minutes from time as we ran away with it.

The month and season ended with a trip to Mallorca where we claimed a superb two nil win. Biesmans ended his superb season by netting two himself.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/gNWLRUOpNstr5oqA76xqYk8hPOy5Jt8xLaTRELCV.png

And a dominant season comes to an end here, we ended up winning the league by a massive twenty one points over second place and fierce rivals Real Madrid whilst Villarreal ended up finishing third and Barcelona down in fourth, just securing Champions League football next season.

Goodbye Atletico Madrid - 6th June 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xPulsMGjmyLeEFBg7k5iuwQDiQDmwHwZtWNeu6u1.png

Well, my time here at Atletico Madrid is up and its been a great time. Two years in charge, spanning across six hundred and eighty eight days, one of the longest jobs I've had for a while, but all that could be won has been won here at Atletico now, domestically anyway.
I feel I leave them in great shape for the future and obviously I'll be able to track their progress over the next couple years as I still have three trophies to tick off in Spain. In total I saw my side face one hundred and five games, win seventy (sixty six percent) draw eighteen and lose seventeen. We scored a massive two hundred and fifty six goals, conceded one hundred and seventeen. But in the two years scooped the league title and the two cup competitions. Goodbye Atletico!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/GE4GtilK9DrneC2yTgKO3AonlNsbpGjsd9qBvmZ0.png

With me hitting the one thousand game mark this year I thought I'd quickly show you my overall career stats. I've seen my side win six hundred and eighty one of the one thousand and four games (Sixty seven percent) we've faced over the years. Drawn one hundred and forty while losing one hundred and eighty three. Scored two thousand five hundred and twenty one whilst conceding one thousand two hundred and eighty one (Goal difference of plus one thousand two hundred and forty). Also picked up sixteen cups and fifteen leagues along the way whilst winning seven promotions.

It has taken just two weeks to attend a job and be offered it, I knew it wouldn't take long, there were a couple bigger jobs about but I wanted to try and complete another country so to go to Spain seemed like a relatively good idea, at least, I think it might be, its not a big time job, so its back to basics I think.

Cadiz C.F. S.A.D is the team. Who are they? They've just been relegated from the Liga Adelante, the second tier of Spanish football and now will play in the bottom playable tier. Great opportunity to win the league first season and we should have a good shout at the lower league cup should it be playable with this side which I'm hoping it is.

Cadiz CF - Pre Season Round Up 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Y5JnUowbhQePP2Nns5gmur0fhxAODyvbfG8jjLbE.png

Here is a quick report on what happened this summer with Cadiz, the move came at the right time and I'm hoping its a good switch to make, we are favorites to win the league so that is my expectations. Had a little bit of money to spend this summer, but I didn't feel the need to, I just renewed everyones loans from last year.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/JYgNkYn34D2LzfEvid8hNeOvBmH18Eumhw3nC7xB.png

We have a fairly strong squad among the ranks, a few players had to be left unregistered but I'm more than happy with the team we take into the league season. As I already said, all the loan players were here last season and have been extended till the end of this season, hopefully to help send us to the promotion!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/haSYKeotnswKkJaLPz3CzLWm3z9Q4QV9A4QiU8CN.png

Horrible pre season was already arranged when I turned up, some tough games there and the results showed. However I'm delighted with the way we've ended the summer with the home win over Celta, now just to hope we can take it into the competitive season.

Cadiz C.F - August 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Y5JnUowbhQePP2Nns5gmur0fhxAODyvbfG8jjLbE.png

Well its just a quick August thats for sure, we faced just two games this month and I needed to turn around our poor summer on the pitch to try and get them on winning terms, after all, we are expected to win the league.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/g2WZ22Cn3JuJa8wOm1p4zpppKQp1yshMsiY2PBOX.png

Well, thats two much better performances on the pitch, two massive wins and that has certainly got our season off to a flyer as we faced and won two games in the league and the Copa del Rey first round.

Our first of two home wins came as we welcomed Merida A.D. and we strolled to a four one win. Daniel netted after fourteen minutes, no made it two nil in twenty one and an own goal sent us three up in twenty five minutes. The travelling side converted a penalty before the break but Rico netted second half securing the big win.

And then we advanced through the Copa del Rey First Round as we beat Linense three nil. Daniels netted on the fourteenth minute for the second game running. Cantero made it two nil three minutes after the brea with Martin netting late on.

"You're getting sacked in the morning" - those opening two results clearly mean you're playing too much attacking football.

In all seriousness though, it's a solid start to the season albeit one league and one cup game but c'est le vie but I'm sure you'll continue the good form throughout the months and secure the league title and then resign. You have a quality squad as well so that's always a bonus.

Cadiz C.F - September 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Y5JnUowbhQePP2Nns5gmur0fhxAODyvbfG8jjLbE.png

We flew into September and had our first league win under our belts as well as advancement in the Copa del Rey, not that the competition is important to us this season as I've already won it and lets be honest, don't face any chance of winning it here. But our league form was the main area of concentration for us.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/N4KWREZGothu8a82UHHlkozOcEecWo6DgqE2t6PW.png

Perfect! Absolutely perfect September was! It got busier for us this month as we faced six matches, five in the Segunda B4 and then one in the Copa del Rey as we continued our run in the competition into the Third Round following a narrow two one win. A couple of big wins this month, five nil at the start and then seven nil in our penultimate game of the month!

We began with that five nil win, my first away game in charge saw us travel to Cartagena. No netted after fifteen minutes with Chasco netting two minutes later. We led four nil in twenty six minutes as Daniel struck twice in six minutes. We went on to add our fifth five minutes from time through Martin.

Back at home we welcomed fellow Segunda tier Hospitalet who we beat two one. We originally led after nine minutes thanks to Cantero however things were level at the break. But we went on to win the game late on, Daniel netting four minutes from time to throw us into the hat for the Third Round.

Another trip, this time to Marbella who we beat one nil, Daniel netting in the sixty third minute enough to wrap up the points.

Our final trip of the month saw us face Linense who we beat two one, again a late winner came. No gave us a fifteenth minute lead before the host levelled just after the restart. The winner came five minutes from time as Rico struck.

Back at home and a 'record biggest win' came as we welcomed Conquense and struck seven times to beat them. The onslaught started on the third minute through No. The other six goals came after the break after some wise, motivating words at half time. Daniel went on to strike a brace, Velez had one but Chasco stole the show with a three minute hatrick in the eighty seventh minute.

We ended a perfect month with a win welcoming Lucena. Daniel and No struck early goals to see us lead two nil after thirty nine minutes. But we did go on to concede a consolation goal second half.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/P3lz9HVTfR31LFtnEOfT8WFZPt9GqxFVdGRBTasb.png

Six wins from six and top of the pile, however Real Betis B are second just two points behind us, also unbeaten, as are third place side Mellila, however they are trailing us four points this early on. Hopefully this run can continue and we can go on to wrap up this title sooner rather than later.

Cadiz C.F - October 2039

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Y5JnUowbhQePP2Nns5gmur0fhxAODyvbfG8jjLbE.png

We have been absolutely superb this season, rarely giving our oppositions much of a chance and we are really flying in the league and cup having won every game we've faced to date I was just wondering how long we could extend this run for now. Its been a much better start to the season and life at Cadiz than I thought it would ever be.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/v0wicZ30KkjmF3oCu19AfbqnWUTcTYXqnNFnOeum.png

And that fine form continues as we produce another brilliant month, October wasn't quite perfect as we dropped two points but another superb one for us. We upped the anti and faced seven games this month, six in the league, winning five and drawing one whilst we advance to the Copa del Rey Fourth Round with ease, meeting the boards expectations in that competition.

We beat Granada B to kick off the month, playing well we went two up with goals from Mendoza and Daniel. We conceded just before the interval but held our own second half.

My first dropped points here was a trip to Lanzarote as we drew one a piece. As ever we went ahead, Riga converting a spot kick but a second half strike saw the host level and take a point from us

We soon bounced back when we returned home and welcomed U.D. Logrones in the Copa del Rey Third Round as we claimed a superb four one win. Daniel netted after ten minutes with No making it two nil in twelve. We conceded one before the break whilst Velez and Cifuentes grabbed second half goals sending us into the next round.

Returning to league form we trounced La Hoya at home four nil. Daniel again netting early on sending us ahead after eight minutes. No made it two nil a minute before the break whilst Chasco netted a second half brace.

A three one win over Sevilla Atletico saw us continue our form. That man Daniel netted early again, his goal after five minutes helped us on our way whilst Chasco netted another brace with goals in the eighteenth and twenty fourth minute before we conceded before the break.

Our final trip away in October was to San Fernando C.D. who we beat three one. No netted after sixteen minutes before the host came level. The other two goals also came before the break as Chasco netted four minutes before the interval and Pereyra a minute before the break.

The month would end with a third three one win on the bounce as we returned home to beat Algeciras. We went behind here before Chasco levelled twenty two minutes in and Clausi sent us ahead just before the half hour mark. It was Riga who put the game beyond doubt with his spot kick in the second half.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/dfP7YcBeUCEbgbKabL9n4JmqKuLWV20MoXe3tgS5.png

Twelve league games in this season and from where I'm sitting everything seems to be going swimmingly well. The competition are keeping the pressure up on us though as Real Betis sit second and still just the three points behind us whilst we have a six point gap on third place Cartagena.

Cadiz C.F - November 2039

The form was set to continue into November however I was fearing a defeat wasn't going to be too far away. We've played superb to date and the board should be happy, they wanted us to play defensive football, well we've been pretty good along that back line and its a bonus that we are so brilliant on the front foot!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/8P4IrumuNVos2wTUppYRy7MK5kZebzg2dCRvw6Ab.png

What a month that is! Six wins from six, four clean sheets to end the month and just two goals conceded this month! We broke our record high win twice this month, first at the start beating second place Real Betis eight one, only to go on and smash ten past Jerez without a reply, this month has been incredible!

We began with the already mentioned eight one win against Real Betis B. Don't know how to explain this other than phenomenal which is what we were! Riga, Chasco and Rodriguez all struck one each. Rico netted two whilst Daniel struck a hatrick. How are Real Betis B sitting in second place!?

Returning home we beat Ccereno two one, this was to be the last goal we conceded this month too. Mendoze struck on the half hour mark whilst Chasco netted with just over half hour remaining. We conceded later into the game.

Then came the big win! A trip to Jerez saw us smash them ten nil! Yes! Ten!! Daniel got the ball rolling on the twenty third minutes before Andres Riga and Chasco all netted before the break sending us four nil up. Second half saw Riga net two more to go on and seal his hatrick, the third from the spot whilst Chasco struck a second, Meaze had one and Rico netted twice.

Another clean sheet came as we travelled to Ecija and beat them four nil as the goals continued to come. Riga and Daniel both converted before the break whilst Romano and Chasco struck in the second period!

We returned home to end the month, first welcoming San Roque Lepe who we beat two nil. Chasco netted in the twelfth minute whilst Rico struck ten minutes into the second half to sink the travelling side.

And then we welcomed Melilla who we beat three nil to secure our fourth clean sheet on the bounce. Chasco netted in the first minute, the only goal of the first half. Second half Riga netted a spot kick before Meaza netted a spot kick two minutes from time.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Jg1qilCChE7xxdYaWOQb4KReYC10JKcCRCb8TpO0.png

Top of the league this season after eighteen games as we are now just one short of the halfway stage. We sit fourteen points clear whilst the rest of the pack do have a game in hand. Real Betis B remain second in the league and can close the gap to eleven points should they improve on the performance they put in against us!
