Added correct rules regarding the size of competition, bans, restrictions of foreigners, young players, loan, b teams, winter break, transfer deadlines, etc. taken from the official documents from website of the football association.
It is also done, as in reality, a reduction in the Third League South to 16 teams in season 2017/2018 and made the real fixtures of the Croatian First League in the first season.

The database was tested two seasons on holiday, and for all the possible errors and possible correction of around players, clubs and etc. write in the original thread and will be corrected in the future.
