It's been a tough start to the League 1 season as my stint has ended with us down in eighteenth position and our future at the club has already been questioned as I had to attend and somehow survive an 'emergency' board meeting. Our defence has been quite shaky on many an occasion and the rest of the team has been inconsistent at best.
But, I'm confident @Dan can turn our season around.
Not the best display against fellow relegation rivals Carlisle, but when we were two nil down with forty minutes to play, to come back and win three two is a big result for us.
Bit of life in our league form again, We traveled to Wycombe and won three goals to one. A fine brace from Donovan Wilson along with the opener from Morrison saw us go three nil up before Jose Baxter pulled a late consolation back for the host.
Three league wins from four will end October on a higher note and even better, we're in the top six as we defeat lowly placed Chesterfield. Not much has changed since I took the reigns from @Shedender , using the same tactic, seems the players are now gelling.
Kicked off November with a thumping win over Wigan. They're struggling towards the bottom of the table and we showed no mercy when we went three nil up before the break. Conceding a consolation second half goal.
When we went one nil down I feared that we would lose and @Shedender would assume I let my beloved Yeovil. However we turned the game to smash them five one in the FA Cup
A draw against league leaders Portsmouth is very good for us. We had a two goal lead, which is a little annoying but going into it we would of taken a point.
My stint ends with us unbeaten in nine games despite drawing two games in a row. We had the lead twice here and threw it away twice but I'm more than happy with another point against a side challenging for promotion along with us.
Well I leave @Shedender in a much better position than he originally left me in as he sits fifth place beginning his stint at the start of January. we are also only eight points away from the top spot and with the form we're in, anything is now possible.
Well, my first game back on this save has seen me secure maximum points away to Walsall and we looked good in the process - although frustrating to have conceded two goals. Steve Leverington, Stephen Mahon and a Douglas Morrison double saw us secure the victory at the Bescot.
Eleven games unbeaten, sitting fourth in the table, we're in this title fight now! It'd be a superb success story from where we were at the end of September!

Can only appreciate you for turning the season around, and glad we've confidence again.
Douglas Morrison struck within the final ten minutes to secure maximum points at Ewood Park.
Douglas morrison has been a superb loan addition this season!
Due to me signing him, I expect him to be pants.
Second half goals from Rory Donnelly and Douglas Morrison saw us record a 2-0 home success over Gillingham but the win has come at a cost though, winger/striker Donovan Wilson has been ruled out for up to ten months.

But we're back on a potential losing streak again as Barnsley come from behind to beat us. Frustrating.

Three league wins in a row as we beat struggling Coventry, we are now up to eighth!
Dan
A rainy day in Gateshead, could of gone either way, we lost out one nil though

Another league win thanks to a brace from Jon Taylor.
Dan
Bore draw, deserved more potentially, didn't take our chances.
Dan
A good point against the riches of Crewe. However we did drop a two goal lead.. Dalla Valle once again netting a brace against us.
Dan
Annoyingly we're out of the FA Cup against Southend, we were't expecting to win it so no issue.
Dan
Tough draw to take again throwing away the lead
Dan
A good win against Milton Keynes Dons. Townsend and Donnelly netting for us.

Only managed to play one more game tonight and a Douglas Morrison hat trick saw us record a 3-0 win at home to Newport.

Edged Bolton 4-3 in a seven goal thriller - Douglas Morrison's second of the game winning it for the ten men.

A late double from Douglas Morrison saw us secure three points away from Oldham. We are still fourth but just a point off top spot.

We could've at least f*cking shown up at Leyton Orient but instead we lose Douglas Morrison and Leigh Kitchen to injuries ffs.

Brought in a new left winger on loan for three months, doesn't look too shabby, hope he preforms. Straight into the starting XI he goes...
