Changing Nations Newgen names?

Is there any possible way to change the nations newgen names to something other than the current nationality. Basically looking to edit Gibraltar into a nation which is a league for the south-west of England with it's own national team, however would this still mean that the players would develop the Spanish styled surnames that are mainly generated in Gibraltar. Any information would be great. Cheers people!
