I have just got FM20 and have been using for a few days now and I find the number of clean through sitters missed is crazy!
In one game I had around 10 one on one situations and missed them all.
I have had FM games for years and this is the first time I have noticed this.

It's a known issue and SI have indicated they are working on re-balancing it to be more realistic.
I know the feeling. At the moment, I'm more concerned when an opposition jobbing central midfielder gets a loose ball on the edge of the ball than when I get their striker running through on goal

It's quite frustrating, but at least it's both for and against you, so it's not like you're being disadvantaged unduly.
Pity, though because I'm a big fan of the match engine otherwise. Good play, a good variety of goals being scored and wider range of animations which all lead to an otherwise enjoyable experience imo.

The one on ones that go in are mostly disallowed on my game.

I think the one on ones are improved , I used to get about 10 per game . Now the numbers I feel are more realistic . The balls over the top I have not really noticed an improvement .
Top class defenders can still look woeful . I am sure they will sort this though
